   The Houston Hockey Community is a 501C3 Non profit organizationOur Mission:The Houston Hockey Community is committed to growing the sport by providing inclusive hockey programs tailored for individuals with all abilities, Including Underprivileged youth, Veterans and those with disabilitiesThe Street Fleet ProgramThis initiative is dedicated to removing financial and social barriers in underprivileged, low-income communities, allowing children to engage in a team sport of hockey right in their local neighborhoods.The Benefit:Learning essential life skills such as teamwork, confidence, and self-esteem while creating a safe and enriching platform for participation. Each session is filled with fun and encouragement, helping children develop physical skills and coordination as individuals and as part of a team, while promoting inclusivity.Veterans ProgramThis initiative offers adaptive and affordable floor and ice hockey programs for all veterans including with disabilities. We provide a Free monthly appreciation day at our facility with dry-land hockey games batting cages, badminton, pickleball, and cornhole.The BenefitThe transformative power of hockey and other sports is a vital outlet providing a therapeutic, educational and social experience, we are passionate about sharing the joy of the game with veterans across the community. Indoor Learn to PlayOur one-of-a-kind indoor recreation center presents a diverse range of learn to play and development areas, including Indoor floor hockey and roller hockey. dryland hockey practice zones and soon to come synthetic ice.The BenefitThis is available to everyone!Outdoor Street FleetThis Free program is held weekly at Bear Branch Park in the Woodlands
