Working as part of a small and dynamic BBC team within the BBC Academy procuring and managing approved suppliers, offering bespoke in-house leadership consulting, overseeing and developing our digital leadership content and running the BBC\'s internal leadership coaching network. With a sharp focus on potential and performance we focus on effective demand planning and needs analysis within robust evaluative frameworks. I have been a leadership coach since 2009 and am an accredited Executive Coach with a Certificate in Coaching Supervision. I am also a trained Systemic Team Coach. My particular interests are in Inclusive Leadership, Emotional Intelligence and working with individual Strengths. I moved into leadership training after a long career as a journalist and editor, particularly with the World Service and I am still as passionate about the BBC and what it stands for as when I first joined.
