1Stop Training is the new adult care training provider on the block. We\'d like to think we know our stuff in adult social care and healthcare. We\'ve worked in it for more than 30 years! We have been sharing our knowledge through training and education for more than 15 years, and we have now decided to do our own thing. My role at 1Stop is to oversee the smooth day to day running of the organisation as Managing Director, and to serve as the Lead Mandatory Trainer.Specific areas of responsibility include:• Business development and partnership development• Mandatory Training Development and Delivery• Bid / Tender writing• Quality monitoring and management• Reviewing and updating policies and procedures• Stakeholder management• Supervision and Performance Management• Recruitment • Systems leadership• Project management
