Role Summary:Strategic leader driving national expansion, client acquisition, and long-term market positioning of QIS in the infrastructure rehabilitation and trenchless technology sector.Key Responsibilities: Lead business development strategy across public and private sectors including transportation ministries, municipalities, mining, and heavy industry. Establish and grow strategic partnerships with engineering firms, general contractors, and asset owners. Oversee sales pipeline development, from lead generation to close, with a focus on high-value infrastructure rehabilitation projects (culverts, manholes, storm & sanitary systems). Represent QIS at national trade shows, workshops, and industry panels; lead technical presentations and product demonstrations. Spearhead market introduction of innovative linings and coatings such as SprayWall (SIPP), EonCoat, and polyurethane grouting technologies. Manage proposal development and contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with municipal and industrial procurement standards. Recruit and build high-performing sales and technical teams aligned with QIS’s core values: Quality, Safety, and Attitude. Coordinate with operations and project delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
