Then, through a repeated process of accountability and coaching, we systematically execute on these goals while resolving whatever may get in the way. I deeply relate to my clients and understand the unique business challenges of growing a company. I thrive on getting results through a repeatable process that can be reapplied to achieve increasingly greater goals. On a personal level, I am a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwan Do and teach students this art. Discipline is one of the keys to success and I constantly work on this skill set. I am married to an amazing individual who pushes me to be better every day. We have 2 kids and 3 dogs who bring happiness and joy to our lives.
