Finance Programme Leader responsible for the ensuring the sale and migration of the Co-op Insurance 1.5 million customer is managed and delivered in a controlled and regulatory compliant way. Responsible for overseeing the migration of the operational and financial data, maintaining data integrity and ensuring there is no detrimental customer or financial impact. Planning and delivering on the process, people and reporting changes as required to delivery on the regulatory changes during the cutover activities commencing with ownership, working through the operational and finance systems migration and the exit from the TSA and Group structure. Engaging all stakeholders as required to ensure smooth delivery of the project.
