Provides a professional service monitoring, assessing hazardous, unsafe situations and developing measures to assure personnel safety. Visiting Business and Industrial premises (Manufacturing, Engineering, Warehouses, Commercial, Care Homes and Nurseries) to inspect processes, procedures to ensure good Health and Safety practice is being followed.Examinations of machinery, working environments and structures taking measurements of noise and taking photographs and samples where necessary.Ensuring workers are provided with suitable protective equipment, such as eyewear, ear protectors, appropriate gloves, and clothing.Investigating procedures for working in hazardous environments or with potentially harmful substances (COSHH).Writing reports on results of inspections and investigations. Completing detailed paperwork (Internal audits and site observational inspections).Risk Assessments (Fire, First Aid, Work Equipment, Activity, Manual Handling & Working at Height etc.)Mentor/support clients on health and safety issues, documentation and accident investigations.
