HyperCool is an early-stage startup that is being launched with foundational technologies to bring liquid cooling to the modern datacenter. HyperCool based servers are two-phase immersion cooled servers that are capable of extreme computing. These liquid-cooled servers are designed to be installed in data centers, server rooms, edge compute, and hostile environment locations. Two-phase immersion cooling delivers vast gains in compute capacity because it removes thermal barriers and extends the allowable clocking envelope. HyperCool improves on existing two-phase immersion cooling designs by providing patented solutions to internal fluid pressure control, fluid volume reduction, and high-density configurations.
