About David Sluter
I hold a Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth in civil engineering and also graduated from the Harvard Business School Owners and Presidents Management (OPM) program. I am a registered professional engineer in all of the New England states and the founder and President of three businesses: New England Engineering (1980), a consulting engineering business; New England Construction Company (1985), a design-build construction company Bourne Avenue Capital Partners (2009), a real estate investment fund and a co-founder of the Peregrine Group a real estate development and consulting company. New England Construction was recognized in 1995 by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce for outstanding business growth and development with the Blue Chip Enterprise Award – one of only four companies in the country to be selected for the award that year. All three businesses are currently operating in Rhode Island.I have been an active volunteer in many civic, business and charitable organizations for over twenty years.
