   Report directly to the CEO and oversee an operation of approximately 50+ employees-Work closely with the Executive Leadership team to vision cast and develop roadmaps and executable strategies which will be translated into organizational performance goals-Oversee company operations with responsibilities spanning the breadth of strategy, operational finance, fulfillment, customer support, education, and sales across retail and wholesale channels- Partner and collaborator working closely with leaders overseeing marketing, sourcing and commodity management, and e-commerce-implement the strategies, business plans, processes, tools, and teams needed to achieve (and sustain) growth and meet performance goals-Lead and oversee budgeting and resource allocation efforts -Routinely assess the overall performance of the organization, ensuring the right talent is in the right place to achieve company performance goals-Ensure communications and work practices are clear across the organization and that standard operating procedures are developed and implemented consistently-Oversee the development and integration of staffing programs designed to attract and retain the highest caliber of talent.
