I’m an engineering manager, developer, and team leader with over 35 years of diverse experience, from hand-tweaking assembly code to architecting and leading development of a cross-platform C++ desktop app that now has over 15 million lines of code and millions of users (Adobe After Effects). I’m currently leading engineering for Premiere mobile (iOS & Android) and Firefly video editor on the web, bringing video editing to everyone — for free!My professional interests are animation, motion graphics, visual effects, UI design, software architecture, educational software, and shipping products that people love to use.
