These experiences grounded my career-long focus on building clean, reliable data management systems. As a Senior Software Architect at Microsoft, I led the design of large-scale systems that delivered measurable business impact and improved user experience. Notable projects included architecting a real-time, web services–based licensing solution for the $20B+ Windows OEM channel, which introduced new anti-piracy controls and reduced friction for manufacturing partners. I also developed a unified seller-experience platform that centralized essential data—saving users significant time on repetitive processes—and a marketing profile system that enabled advanced segmentation and targeting across global campaigns.To broaden my technical and professional expertise, I spent several years as an independent software consultant, gaining exposure to a wide range of challenges and innovative approaches to problem-solving. We manage reconciliation for multi-terabyte pricing data and are working to migrate ~20 million customers to a near-real-time commercial pricing platform. I architected and drove the implementation of a multi-tenant Data Lakehouse, providing the analytics backbone for business channels totaling ~$25B in annual revenue.
