This includes evaluation and monitoring of the mining company’s rolling stock equipment performance of over 600 pieces of heavy mining rolling stock equipment which includes heavy dozers, coal haulers, front-end loaders, hydraulic excavators, end-dump trucks, motor graders, light vehicles, medium and heavy trucks, pumps, light plants, forklifts, bobcats, and many others. Directs the development of annual and long term equipment plans for Luminant Mining. Leads the maintenance team through direct reports and support staff to provide supervision, training and development required to ensure that it provides the best in class maintenance program safely, reliably and efficiently for Luminant Mining.
