Work with MITRE Federally Funded Research and Development Centers to assist with projects for the FAA, DHS, USAF, DIA, and DoD- Developed a C# ArcMap plug-in to test geospatial machine learning algorithms for geospatial site characterization and similarity comparison- Develop advanced analysis for the Department of Homeland Security to analyze spatial relationships between component programs to identify areas for consolidation of programs to unified sites. Identified $200M, conservatively, in savings opportunities that were presented to the DHS S2-Engineer prototype for the USCG to analyze redundancies in the current Aids to Navigation system. Developed server and client side geoprocessing capabilities to facilitate optimization of waterway design-Conduct a software evaluation on major GIS platforms for the USAF STRATCOM for specific applications that leverage the current IT infrastructure and engineer a solution for its unique operational requirements- Work with the Center for Advanced Aviation System Development to design and implement the QA/QC procedure used by the FAA Airports GIS system to evaluate accuracy and completeness of surveyed data submitted to the Next Generation Air Transportation System (NextGen)- Assist the DoD PRT program in developing portable imagery servers for use in a disconnected environment to assist iPhone Counter Intelligence application. Optimized imagery for use with iPhone to work within constraints of limited memory available on the iPhone and ToughBook platforms- Developed a web based tactical sensor placement GIS application that evaluates sensor placement based on elevation (line of site/viewshed), geology, and climatic conditions for the DoD.
