As a Managing Director in Kaufman Hall’s Revenue and Operations Improvement (ROI) practice and the leader of the Claro CDI Service Line, I am responsible for shaping and growing the Claro CDI Service Line—an essential component of the mid-revenue cycle. With over 30 years of healthcare consulting experience, I specialize in helping providers enhance performance, optimize operations, and achieve sustainable quality and financial outcomes.Throughout my career, I’ve partnered with more than 150 healthcare organizations—from small rural hospitals to large multi-hospital health systems and nationally ranked academic medical centers. I take pride in helping health systems uncover new quality and revenue opportunities, enhance processes, and implement performance improvement solutions that ultimately enable investment in their missions and communities.I hold an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management with concentrations in Health Industry Management and Finance, and a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University.
