Hexagon Agility Director, Human Resources2021 – 2025 I lead HR operations and workforce strategy partnering with manufacturing, engineering, and R&D sites. Through partnering directly with operations and executive leadership, I consult to strengthen workforce stability, modernize training, enhance culture, and support organizational growth. In addition I provide limited executive consultation and M&A workforce support (approx. 15% of time). Selected Accomplishments:• Increased workforce stability by improving retention from 79% to 86%, including 98% retention among foreign-born employees through targeted inclusion and ELL initiatives.• Digitized onboarding and training with iPad-based delivery, reducing ramp-up time, improving safety outcomes, and standardizing learning across shifts.• Collaborated with state legislative leaders to move forward a $1 RNG tax credit expected to support the creation of 104 new clean-energy jobs in Nebraska.Global Senior Human Resources Business Partner2018 – 2021 I collaborated with senior leaders across five global sites to advance operational performance through aligned workforce planning, organizational design, leadership development, and cultural integration.Selected Accomplishments:• Provided HR support for key acquisitions, including cultural assessment and workforce continuity planning to ensure smooth integration.• Developed and launched a global leadership curriculum that improved executive readiness and internal promotion rates.• Strengthened operational performance through redesigned organizational structures, enhanced workforce planning, and coaching for senior and frontline leaders.
