After 30 years, I opted to take a step back in my career and have taken up a role which enables me to give something back to my colleagues. My role is to train colleagues to undertake judgemental lending and larger deals. As well as dealing with new systems, my focus has been on coaching credit skills and cash flow analysis.After 15 months, the project is now well established with numerous deals approved and drawn through a team of Relationship Managers who are increasingly confident in their approach.
