ABOUT DAVID SHALE
30 plus years in the Construction and Fit out/shopfitting industry. From a joinery trade background working through the ranks via Site Foreman, Site Manager, Contracts & Project Manager rolls and for the last 3 years as Senior Project Manager. Working on anything from roll out programs for large high street stores (Boots, M&S) and banking sector (Lloyds Banking Group, TSB) to larger individual projects up to £19m in value. Recent projects have included THG Manchester, Bentall Shopping Center Kingston upon Thames, Quest aparthotel Liverpool and am currently working on a new build Royal Mail scheme in Sheffield for Wates Smartspace.
