Our M&A Advisory team runs a very rigorous and prescriptive approach to make sure your business is built to sell and to make sure we understand your value position and how it aligns with prospective buyers. This approach emphasizes the strategic currency of your value position and assures that you’re getting the maximum valuation for your business. We also work with clients to raise growth and investment capital to help facilitate the growth of their companies. Our job as the advisor, is to position deals that deliver maximum value to our clients. During the M&A process there are dozens of strategic and tactical issues that must be managed; as the advisor it’s our responsibility to make sure these issues are managed to the best of your interest. My heritage is in private equity and management consulting and it’s through that lens that we’re able to identify, evaluate, and select sell side engagements and assure they’re build to sell before we go to market. Additionally, our Wealth Management Team works with our M&A clients to orchestrate the wealth management process and provide a comprehensive plan to ensure that clients have the greatest opportunity to achieve their unique goals and objectives after the sale of the business.
