HSPG is a real estate company with a social purpose. We address the huge undersupply of affordable and supported housing across England, through the creation of demand-driven social housing. We have deployed over £200m, creating new bed spaces since 2014. HSPG acquires, develops, manages and disposes of property throughout the UK. We partner with national house builders, public-sector organisations and local authorities to identify high-quality, residential properties for some of the most vulnerable members of our communities.
