About David Scott Myers

Hello! I’m a business developer with over 20 years of experience in electronic warfare technology, acquisition, and program management. I have a Master’s degree in Managing Systems and Business Administration from Air Force Institute of Technology; a Master of Science from Embry-Riddle in Aerospace Science and Technology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. I also have an Electronic Warfare Certificate from Georgia Tech Research Institute. Currently, I work at Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. as a Program Manager, Skillbridge Mentor, and Business Developer. As a Skillbridge Mentor, I work with DoD SkillBridge Fellows. I also program manage a new subcontract and assist the program manager of MTSI’s largest contract (> 200 FTE to date). As a Business Developer, I execute corporate initiatives to broaden and differentiate our customer base by making connections with new performers.
