Additionally, the Program Owners establish, benchmark, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each of the systems with a periodic cadence of review and analysis-Steering Team Member of potential acquisition of iron making assets from a customer to produce Granulated Pig Iron-Steering Team Member for Environmental, Social, and Governance focusing on GHG solutions, renewable energy credits, and strategy-Initiate and foster relationships with key contract engineering companies and Subject Matter Experts to marshal internal and external resources toward the top priority opportunities across the multi-facility system while managing the department budget-Facilitate Major Project cost control activities including contract strategies, contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and monthly capital spend reviews-Direct Optimization and Continuous Improvement in conjunction with the facility OpTech Managers-Facilitate long term and budget year strategy and planning activities in collaboration with the facility General Managers and Finance to focus prioritized Capital spending as well as set outage schedules-Built multi-functional teams including Finance, Accounting, Maintenance, Operations, Procurement, Environmental, Legal, and Engineering to yield optimized life cycle project results.
