Currently at Internet Archive, I\'ve spent my career transforming how organizations leverage technology—from pioneering AI-backed semantic search at Northwestern University Library to managing award-winning international web properties at Rotary International and the POETRY foundation.I led Northwestern Library\'s first-in-industry AI semantic search and secured an IMLS National Leadership Grant. As Product Owner of Avalon Media System and Northwestern\'s Digital Collection suite, I led development and product for an open source platforms used by institutions globally.
