I joined the Savides Group of Robert W. Baird & Co in October of 2014 after spending nearly 10 years working in the financial services industry at two large, publicly-traded banks. 6 of those years were spent in the investment industry, with the majority of those focused on implementing and managing customized investment strategies for my clients. Robert W. Baird & Co appealed to me given it\'s independent, employee-owned nature along with it\'s Midwestern values. Another big draw was Baird\'s consistent appearance on the Fortune 100 Best Places To Work For list. Baird recently was awarded this honor for the 16th straight year and was ranked #16 in 2019.
