With a diverse background that bridges my deep understanding of zoology with the core principles of management, I bring innovation and a fresh perspective to every challenge. My journey has been shaped not only by academic learning but also by real-world problem-solving, where I continuously sought opportunities to combine analytical thinking with creativity.From my early days of artistic exploration and leading various teams, I developed strong creative and leadership skills that continue to influence my approach today. My background in Zoology has instilled in me the qualities of keen observation, rational decision-making, and an evidence-based mindset that balances both data and human behavior. Serving as Club President at my alma mater further honed my abilities in critical thinking, team management, and crisis handling, teaching me to lead with resilience and adaptability.To build on these experiences and propel myself further in my career, I am currently pursuing my MBA at the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Amritsar in their flagship PGP programme. This journey is enabling me to strengthen my strategic outlook, refine my problem-solving skills, and apply management principles in diverse contexts.I approach every situation with a strategic lens and a learner’s mindset, driven by the belief that meaningful change is created through thoughtful decisions and collaborative effort.
