Professional recruiters were introduced to the team to support the new approach, bringing in a proactive resourcing approach using Linkedin & Cord. The teams now boasts a 100% direct sourcing approach. Achievements: Supported a global implementation of Workday. Introduced a brand new EMEA regional training for New Managers, a rare collaboration with other EMEA HR functions in Amadeus. The UK Graduate programme was revived and refocused.
