Manage cash repatriation and intercompany loans. • In August 2021 lead the refinance of IQVIAs’ $1.5b senior unsecured credit facility for a fresh five-year term and brought certain aspects of the facility to current market. • In February 2021 lead the refinance of Euro 1.425bn 3.25% 2025 senior unsecured notes with new Euro 550m 1.75% 2026 senior unsecured notes and Euro 900m 2.25% 2029 senior unsecured notes.
