David is the Founder Member of Mindsafety back in 2003, and the company has now become a world-class leader in innovative belief-based safety culture development programmes within industry, helping some of the world\'s largest corporations move from a reactive to a proactive safety culture.MindSafety specializes in training and coaching, designed around influencing beliefs about safety and then using positive reinforcement through the support of specially trained Safety Coaches present within the workforce to embed the positive behaviours into the safety culture of the business.This is done in an entertaining, engaging style, delivered by world-class presenters and training professionals making all our training sessions memorable and with high influence.In 2004 David founded the \'International safety Coach Association\' or I.S.C.A, which trains and supports workers to become specialised safety coaches in the workplace, currently having trained and accredited over active safety coaches who are specially trained to be out there helping everyone stay safer while at work, continuously within teams.\"We have a very talented and dedicated team of professional trainers, coaches and professional presenters and are able to service the needs of any company and most locations, including offshore and overseas.We primarily work with blue-chip, publically listed companies, as well as within the public sector, although increasingly we are working with smaller organisations to help them move from a reactive to a proactive safety culture.\"

A highly experienced and motivated entrepreneur with a wide range of skills developed over many years of \'being out there\', undertaking challenging and innovative projects over a 40 year period.Very creative and design-conscious, David has developed businesses in catering, property development, joinery manufacture, marketing and sales, computer evolution and technology, later becoming a professional lecturer and ICT training manager within the public sector. he then moved into industry training, building and developing his current world-class behavioral safety training organization MindSafety which is now in its 22nd year.His journalistic abilities coupled with his artistic aptitude have given him a unique style of presenting products and business models across a wide range of industry sectors.David is quick, responsive, and a deep thinker, and has a rich experience base from working and traveling within many countries and engaging with a variety of different cultures. Loving life and new challenges, David enjoys travel and adventure, with a passion for continually discovering more about the world, meeting new people, and embracing new and exciting opportunities.He lives in the peaceful tranquility of North Wales near the English border with his wife, son, dogs, cat, chickens and duck. His main business premises are registered at Portland House in Cardiff, but David can operate anywhere of his choosing, using the many systems at his disposal.He enjoys sailing in beautiful locations, traveling internationally, spending quality time with his family & friends, cooking, listening to music, DIY, writing and creating art in its many forms.
