I am a qualified Armature Winder with over 27 years of experience.I currently hold a valid CCNSG Safety Passport, and i am also CTC Security Cleared for access to Nuclear sites Etc.My main skills- • Working on Electric Motors AC/DC from 0.12 KW to 50 MW ranging from 415AC to 11KV.· Rewinding or Winding Manufactured High Voltage Machines.(GE, Siemens and Brush Machines Etc.)• I am experienced in winding soft coil stators, rotors and generators with armature, concentric and group basket, pre-formed stators, armatures and generators including the testing of rotating electrical equipment.• I am trained to use epoxy and silicone vacuum pressure impregnation tanks.• Dynamic balancing of armatures and rotors.• Detailing, taking particulars, stripping and rewinding of AC and DC motors.• Dismantling, testing and assembling AC and DC motors.• Static testing and full load testing.• I have average Computer skills.• I am a confident person who enjoys meeting new people and learning new things.• I am an excellent time keeper and enjoy working both alone or as a team.• I am self-driven, motivated and extremely organized.
