Working closely with an ultra ultra-high net worth private family, I provide a safe, smooth, secure, reliable, timely, progressive drive and secure environment, whilst maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times:• Convey the the head of the family, to and from work, including various engagements and meetings. • Convey children to and from school and after school activities.• Convey family members, extended family and friends to engagements and meetings, to include private functions, airport runs and shopping trips.• Pre plan and check routes, location of venue/s for timing and potential delays in situations such as planned roadworks, consider alternate routes in case of collisions or road closures and identify places of safety and hospitals.• Oversight of asset and property security, monitor local crime patterns and advise.Liaise closely with local Neighbourhood Policing teams.Mentor and monitor private security personnel who provide on site 24 hour security, liaising closely regard 24 hour CCTV monitoring, access and egress of all visitors, whether for formal events, meetings, deliveries of family members and friends, ensuring agreed processes are followed to maintain a secure environment, and response to any issues arising.Assist safe landing and departure of any helicopter flights to the property.Liaise with home and office personal assistants and organise family work and personal schedules.• Undertake any office administrative tasks, deliveries, collections, errands and reasonable duties as required, both business and privately related.• Undertake small DIY or gardening maintenance tasks, and assist other house staff as required.• Management, purchase and sales of family executive vehicles, collection and delivery, servicing, insurance, MOT’s, valeting and interim cleaning.
