Each and every day I don\'t consider my career work.it\'s an honor to do what I do. How many people get to go out each and every day and contribute to making someone\'s life better whether it is a patient or their respective family I was part of the medical device start-up world for the past 15 years. I have been part of much success seeing 3 companies sell for 4-5x. However, my biggest reward is the teams and relationships that I have built during that time. If anyone asks me what they should pursue I always say \"FOLLOW YOUR PASSION\". Don\'t follow the money but pursue your passion, work hard and the money will follow. My recipe for success!Today I work with families who have a critically ill loved one. There has been no greater reward than to be a part of helping a family care for their loved one when normally the prognosis isn\'t very good. We bring infrastructure into the family to help their loved one and they are eternally grateful. It is my honor to be a part of this. It is the least I can do after being so blessed by God for a successful career.
