I am a highly accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing leadership and workforce planning. As a member of the HR Executive Team I collaborate with all COEs to support their goal attainment and project execution. As the lead architect in Traveler Conversion efforts at OhioHealth, I helped the organization save tens of millions of dollars in contingent labor spend while converting more than 200 clinicians to permanent roles. In addition, I have led our teams in the implementation of our international recruitment program that has transformed our culture and significantly improved our staffing capabilities; resulting in better access and greater experiences for the communities we serve.
