I am responsible for leading and directing all retail banking functions, and developing branch and service delivery, performance goals and objectives, and monitor results. I also oversee branch administration and operations and establish policies and procedures that drive efficient operations and regulatory compliance. I guide product development and implementation to provide profitable and competitive service and product offerings. Additionally I am responsible for developing branch staff and management. In this role, I establish overall direction and strategic initiatives for the retail banking business unit.In this role I also-Manage Regional Retail Banking Managers who are responsible for successful delivery of the strategic plans including the service and sales efforts at each of the assigned branches-Collaborate closely with executive leadership to assist with strategic focus build-out, tactical planning and execution-Actively collaborate with all cross-divisional leaders and teams in order to execute on both Corporate and Retail Banking strategies, goals, and initiatives and to realize ideal performance and efficiency-Own the development, implementation and maintenance of a consultative sales and service strategy by providing the Best Resources and Values Offered-Lead the branch network expansion strategy and channel migration, to include community and small business development-Create and implement business strategies to improve and sustain retail-banking performance as it relates to defined Balanced Scorecard metrics and program administration, corporate critical key results and business priorities-Drive key activities related to human capital and the role it plays in a high performing organization (e.g. talent selection, retention, employee training and development, engagement, succession planning).
