Blue Star is a small local business offering a bespoke service to both private and commercial customers. We do not believe in a one-size fits all approach and do not like the idea of holding our customers to ransom with a tying long term contract. Unlike our competitor we want you to stay with Blue Star because you are completely satisfied with the service, not because you have signed a minimum service contract. Blue Star was originally launched in February 2014 as a domestic cleaning company but I did not secure my first customer until March 2014. Leaving a job as a Business Manager for a care at home company was a risk but I had drive and passion about creating a business I truly believed in. Since launching in 2014 the business has grown and developed, moving into the home help sector in 2015 and more recently launching its own eco-friendly cleaning range.All staff members have been police checked and reference checked before commencing with Blue Star and have worked alongside a trained member of staff. The company is also fully insured with both public liability and employers liability insurance.
