Service provider position with ASTEK)I. Document review of the “Component” departmentScope: hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics (landing gear), avionics and electromechanics- Reading and analysis of CMM (Component Maintenance Manual) updates for equipment for which we have maintenance and repair capabilities- Identify changes- If necessary, exchange with mechanics to understand the system and interpret modifications- Update associated internal technical documents (data sheets, tooling sheets, test reports, expert reports, etc.)- Check and, if necessary, modify SAP settings and release routings- Ensures that paper binders on the shop floor are up-to-date and complete- Inter-team communication on updates once finalizedII. Preparation of maintenance & repair capacity on new equipments- Reading and analysis of equipment CMM- Identify tools and consumables required for maintenance and repair- If required, definition and purchase or manufacture of these tools- In the workshop, check the compatibility and availability of this equipment/products- Drafting of test reports- Participation in the FAI (First Article Inspection), validating the equipment\'s entry into maintenance and repair Occasional support for the department\'s work-study students on their various projects
