Mr. Rubenstein has been the National Production Manager and Task order Manager for 2 PTS contracts won by the Compass JV since 2015. Mr Rubenstein actively coordinates and monitors the scope, schedule and budged for approximately 100\'s uniquely scoped Regional Task Order (RTO) projects. These unique projects that have been scoped, over two contracts, in 9 out of the 10 FEMA Regions, cover everything from Discovery through the post preliminary production portion of the Risk Map lifecycle. Mr. Rubenstein provides insight and guidance to the Task Order Managers to reduce financial and delivery risk by proactively coordinating with Subject Matter Experts, Quality Control Leads, the Capacity and Capability Manager and PMO staff. Mr. Rubenstein coordinates with FEMA Regional Management and Contracting staff as well as staff located at FEMA HQ to ensure program priorities are met. With Mr. Rubenstein\'s lead, Compass continues to be an intragyral piece to the creation and communication of various Flood Risk Products that allow various state and local stakeholders to make informed risk-based mitigation strategy decisions.
