ABOUT DAVID ROZENBOIM SEPULVEDA

Leader of diverse, high-performing teams with strong expertise in Supply Chain, now expanding into Manufacturing within the biotech industry. My career has evolved from FMCG to cell therapy, driven by a commitment to delivering impactful, patient-centered solutions. I am an Industrial Engineer with a Master’s in Engineering Management and over 10 years of experience driving supply chain and manufacturing performance across global organizations. I specialize in demand planning, capacity and resource optimization, logistics strategy, and operational execution within complex, highly regulated environments. I began my career at RB, where I built a strong foundation in demand and supply planning across Latin America. During this time, I led a large-scale logistics downsizing initiative that reduced costs by 67%. I was later promoted to Costa Rica as Sales & Operations Coordinator, where I improved customer service levels from 92% to 99% within seven months. Driven to expand my technical and leadership capabilities, I moved to Los Angeles to pursue my Master’s degree, where I was recognized as Outstanding Master’s Student of the Year in 2021. Following this, I joined Kite Pharma, where I initially supported clinical S & OP, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate clinical demand into executable supply strategies and improve patient access. I later advanced into a leadership role in Site Planning, where I led a team of 6 professionals and oversaw end-to-end manufacturing planning and scheduling. I established cross-functional governance through an operations council, led planning and execution of hundreds of commercial and clinical lots, and developed real-time analytics and KPI frameworks to enhance decision-making and schedule adherence. Currently, I lead a manufacturing organization composed of 5 supervisors and 40+ operators. I drive performance through accountability, Operational Excellence, and continuous improvement, while strengthening leadership capabilities and building a culture of ownership, discipline, and results to ensure reliable patient-centric manufacturing execution. I am a people-focused leader known for adaptability, data-driven decision-making, and developing high-performing teams. I bring a strong commitment to excellence, combining analytical rigor with empathetic leadership to deliver results in dynamic and mission-driven environments.
