help organisations and schools unlock performance by understanding the power of neurodiversity.For over 20 years, I’ve worked on the gym floor using boxing as a tool to build confidence, focus, resilience, and belief — long before these became corporate buzzwords.Along the way, I learned something simple but powerful: Many people who struggle in traditional systems aren’t broken — they’re wired differently.Neurodiverse individuals often bring exceptional strengths when the environment allows them to thrive: • The ability to hyper-focus• Creative, lateral thinking• Strong integrity and honesty• Innovative problem-solving under pressureYet too often, these strengths are misunderstood or overlooked.My work is shaped by lived experience. I grew up in a loving but dysfunctional family and lost both my parents earlier than I should have — to what I believe were preventable life choices. Those experiences quietly set me on a long, unconscious mission to help others build resilience, self-belief, and a sense of worth.Boxing taught me that performance is never about being the same.
