Employee benefits decisions often involve some of the largest financial commitments an organization makes each year. Yet many employers are asked to navigate those decisions without a clear understanding of what is actually driving their healthcare costs.My work centers on bringing that clarity.I lead actuarial and underwriting strategy for the benefits division at The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers, helping employers evaluate cost trends, understand population risk, and approach benefits planning with a long-term perspective.With experience in actuarial modeling, underwriting, and benefits strategy, I work with organizations to interpret data, assess plan performance, and support leadership teams in making informed decisions about the future of their programs.A significant part of my work also involves helping employers and leadership teams make sense of topics that are often overly technical, bringing clearer thinking to decisions that carry meaningful financial impact.I also spend a large portion of my time speaking with HR and finance professionals about the financial and strategic side of employee benefits.
