ABOUT DAVID ROSINSKI
Having a career spanning over 20 years as a clinical perfusionist I have been fortunate to realize a path yielding opportunity as an academic (research, teaching, lecturing, publication and professional involvement), to career leadership serving as President of The Connecticut Society of Perfusion. As President, I successfully secured legislation for licensing of Connecticut perfusionists and hold the first Connecticut perfusion license. I have also fulfilled an entrepreneurial drive in perfusion opening and supporting perfusion programs at five hospitals in the state. As Program Director I have fulfilled requirements for staffing, budgets, profit and loss statements, efficiencies, cost reduction and a tireless focus on quality. I have served on institutional ethics committees, transfusion committees, purchasing and quality committees. Currently I am serving as a Board Member of the American Red Cross, and have been awarded a Health Care Hero in Connecticut. Recently I founded Northeast Allied Health Associates LLC a small business with interest in cellular biologic concentrates and peri-operative blood management.
