ABOUT DAVID RODRIGUEZ
As the Division Administrator for Hematology/Oncology at UCLA Health, I oversee the administrative and financial functions for one of the largest and most prestigious clinical and research units in the country. I am responsible for operational performance, finances, personnel, strategic planning, business development, physician revenues, continuous improvement, and research administration. I ensure that the goals and objectives of the division are consistent with the enterprise strategic vision and mission. With over 10 years of progressive management and leadership experience in the healthcare field, I have developed and managed successful teams, streamlined processes, and delivered results. I have extensive knowledge and skills in UC policies and procedures, research protocols, academic personnel, HIPAA compliance, and clinical department environments.
