ABOUT DAVID RODLEY
I have worked for LJJ for 22 years. I left school and started an apprenticeship in Heating and Ventilating engineering with LJJ. I attended college in 3-week blocks for 4 years at Longlands Campus in Middlesbrough where I learned all skills required including gas and arc welding and all H&S training required ending in an NVQ L3. Whilst carrying out my apprenticeship I worked nationwide for LJJ on various different projects including the education, residential, and health sectors. After I completed my apprenticeship I worked on-site for LJJ as a Pipefitter Welder until they promoted me to a Supervisor position. I worked nationwide supervising projects for LJJ for 5 years and then moved up the ladder onto contract management where I managed various projects from start to completion of the full mechanical installation. I am currently an Operations Manager working for LJJ in London.
