Wildcat Law is a boutique national law firm. We are very different to most other law firms in a number of ways:1. We do nearly all our client meetings as video conferences via MS Teams, this means no more long journeys to an office or wasted time in a waiting room for our clients. We also offer meetings, where appropriate, at a venue convenient to our clients.2. Because we do most of meetings via Teams, we are far more flexible with regards to meeting times than most traditional law firms. We understand our clients are very successful busy people and often need to meet outside traditional working ours or at the weekend.3. Unlike most law firms we have Barristers and Solicitors. Many of our cases will be Barrister led rather than waiting to instruct a Barrister at the end of the matter. We offer a \"Third Way\" service that combines the best elements of Direct Access Barristers and traditional Solicitor led instructions. We have extensive cross border expertise, including dual qualified lawyers.5. Finally we have a former Coutts Capability Director on hand to ensure that matters involving even the most complex financial instruments are dealt with effectively for our clients. Wildcat Law offers a modern legal service for our clients and a more rewarding work life for our partners.As a family focussed company we want to change the way that the Legal sector works for Solicitors, CILEX and in house Barristers. No longer do you have to choose between family life and work. We offer truly flexible working that allows you to spend time with your family whilst our fee structure allows you to directly benefit from the work you do.You don\'t need to spend hours commuting to an office, you work when you want, where you want.We offer bespoke training and support to our partners to enable you to establish successful practices.

Not your typical financial services type!A specialist working with the legal sector.The non-lawyer co-owner of a boutique national law firm.A career coach and mentor I have had the privilege of working with a number of very successful employed and self-employed individuals. My skillset is in identifying skills in others and helping them to use these for success.I\'m a family man and this motivates everything I do and love working with like minded individuals. Work should never come at the cost of family, life is too short! I am a passionate believer in flexible working and the benefits that can bring, especially in enabling working parents balance successful careers and family life. Over the years I have worked up to and including board level. I have seen what works and doesn\'t work for businesses ranging in size from one person self-employed practices to large national organisations. I have coached and developed brand new trainees up to experienced MD\'s. I regularly appear in national press articles, as well as trade the trade press, commenting on a range of topics to do with the economy, law, financial services and household finances. Outside the day job I am often found presenting to state schools about careers in law and financial services and have previously been an Academy Chair for one of the largest secondary schools in the country.
