Working in the Debt Finance Team originally before transferring to a Risk Analysis role in Q1 2020 I am now a member of Barclays\' Large Corporate Lending team responsible for the credit analysis and proposition structuring of clients in the Bank\'s Large Corporate portfolio.The roles involve analysis of both financial and non-financial information to ensure that propositions in relation to both debt and structured products are both appropriate for the client as well as being the correct capital structure for the Bank.Dealing with both internal and external stakeholders has allowed me to use my strong relationship skills as well as ensuring I continue to manage the needs of all parties involved in any transaction.Financial analysis remains a particular strength including covenant modelling on a look forward basis and sensitivity analysis - something that will, in my opinion, take on heightened importance as we move through any recession brought about by COVID-19.The role has allowed me to use my strengths around analysis to present and gain agreement to proposals that work for all parties.
