Here at Siemens Congleton’s award winning electronics manufacturing facility, in my role as Focus Factory Manager & Head of Engineering services I have full operational responsibility for Surfacemount Technology, and a leading E2E role in PCB manufacture, ensuring excellence in quality, cost, delivery, and safety. I am responsible for New product Introduction, PLM data management and automation strategies. Recognised as a strategic leader, building technically capable teams and driving cultural change to build high levels of resilience into day to day and future operations.With a strong foundation in Engineering disciplines, contract manufacturing and electronics, my analytical skills have been instrumental in overseeing significant Capex and Opex projects, delivered on time. I have successfully implemented innovative, highly productive solutions, and driven to continuous improvement to deliver outstanding levels of productivity year on year, in a high-variety production environment. Highlights being recognised in the manufacturer Top 100 leaders and being the driving force to deliver the UK Manufacturer of the year for the Siemens Congleton site.
