ABOUT DAVID REYNOLDS
I am a partner in the Financial Services Group at Miller Thomson’s Toronto office practicing in the area of commercial lending and private business transactions.I advise banks, other institutional lenders and corporate borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured lending transactions. My experience includes syndicated transactions, single-lender transactions, financing of day-to-day operations, acquisition financing, fund finance, asset based lending, wholesale automotive financing, mortgage financing, condominium financing, domestic and cross-border transactions. I was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2011 after graduating from the University of Western Ontario in 2010 with a Juris Doctorate. During my time at UWO, I worked as Program Manager of the Sport Solution Legal Clinic where I advised Canadian National Team and Olympic athletes on various legal issues.
