I draw on my French and international background and transaction experience to bridge differences between parties with different cultures on cross-border and international deals.I have worked on some of the largest securities offerings done over the last twenty five years in France (including more than 40 IPOs and privatizations and numerous equity and equity-linked securities offerings) representing issuers, underwriters and shareholders in various sectors, including many transactions in the healthcare (biotech, medical device) and technology (software, hardware, telecom) sectors, and also in the airlines, aerospace, real estate, leisure and entertainment, chemicals, utilities and financial sectors.I also advise companies and funds on acquisitions, dispositions, and JVs in a wide range of industries and my experience includes cross-border transactions in France, Europe, the United States, China and the MENA.
