Lead a team of highly skilled software developers in the pursuit of creating an entirely unique, enterprise grade, web-based solution that provides an end-to-end solution for administering group benefits. In this capacity, I am responsible for building the software development team, for enacting procedures the team adheres to, for managing projects and for squeezing in as much coding as I can. I also spend a great deal of time with the other executives in the company. It is my responsibility to understand the problems we face as an organization, to effectively communicate them to the software developers and to facilitate elegant solutions.
