I lead our brand direction, content strategy, internal communications, digital campaigns, and event marketing efforts, making sure everything reflects who we are, why we exist, and where we’re headed.This role isn’t just about marketing. It’s about clarity, alignment, and trust. I lead the systems and strategy behind how we communicate our work, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the caliber of what we do. Whether it’s a trade show display, an internal update, or a digital campaign, the goal is the same: consistency, purpose, and impact.Beyond day-to-day execution, I also serve as a sitting Chair of our internal AI Advisory Council, helping guide the integration of AI tools and automation across departments. It’s not about chasing trends. It’s about building smarter systems that support people, reduce friction, and allow us to grow without losing our edge.And while I’m focused on strategy, I never lose sight of purpose. Through ProjectPlus+, our community giveback initiative, I help elevate the stories and impact of the work we’re doing outside our four walls. Whether that’s volunteering, fundraising, or connecting with the next generation of talent.I care deeply about doing things right. For our team, our partners, and the communities we’re part of.
