As a learning designer and trainer, I deliver more than just knowledge. I help learners build higher thinking skills so they can make good decisions in real time. • Adult learning theory • AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and others) • LMS & learning design software (Articulate, Canvas, etc.) • Marketing & sales (you can\'t separate these skills from learner buy-in) • I spent my high school and college years working in warehouses, factories, retail, and healthcare. Good training makes all the difference in these important professions. • The most important question a student can ask is “How will I use this?” In my years as a middle school and university teacher, I learned to always be ready with a meaningful answer. • Successful marketing answers the question “What’s in it for me?” Successful training does this too. I see this firsthand in my current work in corporate training and edtech content marketing.
